2-year-old Gelato is a gentle boy who really needs an extra patient encouraging adopter to help him transition in to his new routine. Gelato likes tasty treats and these will be a valuable tool for helping Gelato build confidence. Gelato enjoys exploring the outdoors and daily walks will be a wonderful bonding activity for Gelato and his new adopter. We recommend Gelato take a Wallflowers class where he can build confidence and bond with a new guardian. If you have small children we recommend bringing them for a meet and greet before adopting Gelato. He currently weighs 17 pounds. Gelato s adopter must be at least 18 years old with valid state-issued identification. ARF encourages family members to participate in the adoption process especially children and family dogs.
