You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This is Lucy She is a Chihuahua mix. She is approximately 1 years old. She weighs about 5 pounds and is full grown. She is spayed micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. She is working on house and crate training. She came in with 2 puppies that are now weaned. She was missing clumps of fur due to a flea infestation but that has been cleared up and most of her coat is returning nicely. She is good with people children and other dogs. Due to her small size we recommend children 8 and over. She came to us from a shelter. She is looking for her forever home and will make someone a great new family member. Like all young dogs she would benefit from attending an obedience class to help her learn basic commands house rules and for general socialization. Her adoption fee is 250. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current age appropriate vaccinations which include DHLPP Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old) and spay neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old) heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
