Meet Atlas Being born deaf has not stopped Atlas this 1.5 year old Dane-Pit mix from being playful and happy-go-lucky. He is quite a smart boy being already crate-trained and potty-trained at nine months of age. We think he will grow up to be about 85 lbs. He is tall and lean for his weight like a Dane and has short soft white fur with a big black patch on his eye.Atlas will need someone in his new life that will be home a lot of the time or with whom he can go to work and he will definitely need a nice yard with a secure fence. He may do better with older children due to his size and exuberance. He has been good with cats in his foster home and has been friendly with the other dogs he s met and played with.
