CharlieHi I m Charlie My owners surrendered me to the Weber County Animal Shelter on 08 08 16 because they were moving and could not take me with them. I am a 9-year-old neutered male black and tan Otterhound and weigh 75 pounds. I am very easy going and am not reactive to the other dogs in the shelter it is unknown how I would react to a cat. I would also do fine around children of all ages as long as they are respectful. I am full of wisdom alert friendly and independent.
