Where I came from I was brought to the shelter because the family I was living with had other dogs that they allowed to pick on me and it was too much. I am a handsome man and because of my breed everyone is interested but in my short life I have already had 3 different homes. No one has given me the time and attention I deserve and as a result I have ended up here. I am in no hurry to leave but I would love to find a serious companion who is ready for a lifetime commitment.A little bit about me Requires regular grooming Very needy lap dog Likes submissive or neutral dogs All training is needed Wants of your attention Loves to go for walks My ideal home would include A family with the time and patience to help me adjust to new surroundings and help boost my confidence while I settle in. I need someone who can be gentle with me while I learn the ropes but not baby me. A companion with breed experience who knows the grooming requirements to keep my coat looking fresh Someone who understands my breed the demeanor and can provide me with the regular exercise and mental stimulation I need as a terrier. I am a little nervous in new situations so I need someone to teach me manners set boundaries and keep me socialized with other dogs and new people. My previous owner was quite busy and did not have much time to work with me so all training is definitely needed.
