Zazu - Male Conure

Zazu (2 years old) is a Conure Bird. This is Zazu and he is looking for his forever home. Zazu was brought to our shelter when he was being too protective of another bird in the home and had become too much for his family. Zazu has no experience with children and would likely do best in an adult home with previous bird care experience. Zazu is a Jenday Conure who by breed are highly intelligent and social birds. Jenday Conures are generally very playful and enjoy handling but Zazu will need a family willing to work with him as he is not accustomed to handling and would do best with an experienced hand. Conures can talk but their vocabulary is generally limited to around 6 words so they fill the rest of their conversations with loud calls and chirps.
