Jax - Male Labradoodle Mix

Jax is a male 1 to 2 year old Labradoodle. His owner a breeder passed away and Jax and his remaining dogs were given to interested parties. The person who got Jax was not able to handle him as he was not well trained at the time and had some separation anxiety. They asked if we would take him into our program. We have found him to be a great dog. At around 60 lbs he is very loving and wants to please. He is an extremely intelligent dog at 1 years old but his desire to please makes him highly trainable. He is learning to be more confident and is excellent with other dogs and accepts cats and birds very well. He is progressing nicely as a companion dog but we feel he needs to be in a home that has another dog that he can be buddies with. He also does better in a calm environment. Some understanding of the breed would also be helpful as Labradoodles can be a bit needy at times.... More Info
