Summary The Manager Compensation & Rewards is responsible for administering and aiding in developing company rewards & recognition programs. Evaluates and analyzes internal external salary data determines pay grades and conducts or participates in compensation surveys. Conducts job evaluations to develop maintain company-wide job grading and career-banding. An ideal candidate s profile includes 6 years of experience as a Compensation & Rewards professional. Business partner background and strategic vision. Experience working in a decentralized organization and meet challenging time lines Expert in Job analysis grading leveling career-banding documentation and evaluation 3-5 years of demonstrated supervisory and associate development experience.
