The Sarasota FL law firm of Williams Parker is seeking qualified candidates for a civil litigation paralegal position. The paralegal will work with lawyers in preparing cases from inception to conclusion including but not limited to preparing draft pleadings motions discovery requests and litigation-related correspondence organizing and coordinating document production and assisting in preparing for and attending depositions hearings mediations arbitrations and trials (both jury & non-jury).
