New Construction Home Cleaner

Anna TXI m am looking for an English speaking individual who can help clean Spec Homes in the Anna TX area. Spec Homes are new construction (empty) communities that need to be maintained on a weekly basis. Typically one spec takes 30-45 min to clean depending on the size. Responsibilities include 1. Maintaining clean floors (carpet tile and hardwood)2. Wiping down countertops3. Dusting where when needed4. Making sure toilets stay clean5. Making sure front back door areas (outside) are swept Currently there are 5 Spec Homes in Anna to clean. As houses get sold and new construction finishes and becomes a Spec the number of house to clean will decrease increase. There is plenty of construction going on so more Specs will come available in the coming months.Hours are flexible but need to have an idea of day (s) they will be completed so I know when to come out to check them. I m typically in the area cleaning the Model Home early in the week. Each Spec will pay 15- 20 (depending on size) so that is quick easy money Items you must have for the position 1.
