Mandy is included in a group of Chihuahuas that were rescued from a backyard breeder by Friendship s Humane Officers. They lived in nasty conditions with no quality of life. Most of these dogs are a little timid but super sweet. They may not know much but are very affectionate and want to learn and belong. They will all need families that are willing to be patient and teach them everything they never learned. Please consider adopting one of these tiny loving dogs to be part of your family.
