Marvelous MARLA is a hero dog On April 17 she was a blood donor at the vet s office and they said she was a real trooper. We knew she would be because Marla is...well...marvelous Marla has waited a long time for a home. Add this wonderful girl to your family.Marla is a mature girl with a very well balanced nature. She does well with other dogs who match her energy level - she like to mouth wrestle with a buddy rather than race around the yard. She loves to perch on the dog house and enjoys giving and receiving hugs (she does need to learn not to jump up uninvited but she is a good girl and very eager to please). She also enjoys toys and likes to take them on the dog house with her Marla is afraid of storms and needs kept safe indoors in bad weather. She is a precious girl long overdue a home.Marla tested a very light heartworm positive. Please talk to the shelter and your vet about treatment options. She is well worth it Adult is at least 3 years old. Large is over 20 inches at the shoulder. Fenced yard usually required and approved application always required.
