Introducing Gabby. Gabby was rescued from North Central Animal Care. Gabby was turned into the shelter by her owner when the owner realized he she could not afford or deal with treating Gabby. Gabby has demodex mange (highly treatable and not contagious). While we are sad that Gabby ended up at a shelter we are grateful that her owner did the right thing by giving her up to a low kill shelter.Gabby began treatment for mange at the shelter and is already showing great improvement. She is an adorable brindle boxer girl about a year old and 45 lbs. Gabby is a happy wiggly puppy with a natural tail and lot of boxer energy. She would benefit from a family who will give her training discipline and boundaries. She is super sweet but pretty clueless. She is good with other dogs. She is not familiar with cats and will most likely chase so no cats. If you are interested in fostering or adopting Gabby please read about our foster adoption process and fill out the application.
