Skittles - Female Domestic Shorthair Mix

Skittles (2 years old) is a Domestic Short Hair Cat. This is Skittles and she is looking for her forever home. Skittles was brought to our shelter when her family said that she was not using the litterbox at home. Our veterinary staff were able to take a urine sample and determine that Skittles was suffering from a urinary tract infection which would explain her unwillingness to use her litterbox. Skittles was diagnosed with urinary crystals which is a condition easily maintained with a prescription diet. Skittles has lived with kids and other cats in her previous home and was described to us as being a shy girl. For this reason we feel that Skittles will likely do best in a quiet home.
