Wanna play Wanna play Wanna play I know I do My name is Tris and I m a handsome loving and energetic 3-month- old (male) Chihuahua-American Pit Bull Terriermix. I currently weigh about 10 - 12 lbs and my foster mom says I probably won t be more than 25 lbs when fullygrown. While I may be smaller in stature I am HUGE on personality.I am a LOVER. That is I love my people food playing with other dogs tug-of- war chasing cats giving kisses belly rubs and chewing ... not necessarily in that order. I live with my foster mom foster dad and a 12-year- old human girl. IADORE all of them but my foster mom is my rock. I also live with a boxer a lab mix and 2 cats. Even though they arebigger than me I love playing with my dog sisters especially outside where we have lots of room to run and play chase.When they get really excited they do scare me because they are so big so I just lie down and go belly up. They seemto like that Cats are curious creatures to me. I would love it if they would just play with me my way but they usuallyrun off. So clearly I have no choice but to chase. It s okay though ... I can play the game their way. I m easy like that I m not one for sitting on laps (unless I m in the car) but I do enjoy giving kisses and getting belly rubs ... until I ameasily distracted by things to chew on like pillows blankets shoes paper etc. It s best when I get chew toys and bonesto keep me occupied when indoors. I am food motivated so that makes training very rewarding for me. I alreadyknow the sit command and can now sit and get treats with my big dog sisters. Yay I m now learning how to walkproperly on leash. I am also working on house training. I think I m getting the hang of it but I still have accidents. Idon t mean to I just don t know yet how to tell you when I have to go. I don t mind my crate. Sometimes I ll cry a littlewhen I first go in but usually I m quiet. I still have accidents in my crate if I m kept in there too long. I try really reallyhard to hold it but sometimes I just can t.I am not a homebody I like to go out and about with my foster mom whenever possible meeting new people andexploring new places. I also love riding in the car but admittedly I usually fall asleep within minutes ... and I ve nevergotten car sick I am scheduled to be neutered and micro-chipped on 9 September.
