Looking for a young professional clean and considerate roommate to take over my room. I m moving to my own place and I m helping my roommate find someone before I leave. Each room is private and you would have your own bathroom as well. You would share a common area (living room with view of the Capitol Building) and kitchen with roommate. There s a gym in the building rooftop deck pool enclosed dog area Whole Foods across the street 5 minute walk to Pentagon City Metro stop and mall restaurants etc. It s very very centric and it s a great deal before Amazon gets there ) Utilities (electric water gas internet) are additional to the rent around 100- 125 each. If you need a parking spot you can rent one for 100- 150 depending if you want reserved or non-reserved. You would need to fill out an application for the building and get approved by them before changing the name on the lease. The lease ends in May 2020.
