I was rescued from a high kill shelter in Cali by Underdog Railroad Rescue (URR). I am so ready to come to Portland. Before I can get there though I need a Foster or Foster to Adopt home to land in. Could you be the one to help a young guy out I am a sweet Terrier mix boy around 12 lbs. and 1 yr. old. I love receiving attention from people and get along good with other dogs. I was very neglected before being rescued and have suffered through a bad (non-contagious) skin condition. I have received medicated baths to help me heal. Now all I need is a loving home to help me continue along the road to recovery.
