Would be key team player in completing jobs on time and on budget while upholding our standards for quality with following abilities Great interpersonal skills Must be willing to be held to and demand high ethical standards Communicate well with clients management office personnel and design team Scheduling and working well with all residential trades Ability to read interpret blueprints and discuss interface w architects designers building officials owners management Familiarity with building codes (IRC and local codes) and inspection systems of regional area. Ability to organize and successfully pass all inspections necessary to complete any residential project in greater DC area Schedule order and receive all field materials Ability to produce all phases of carpentry as well as manage others in the production of efficient high quality work Professional management of every phase of a remodeling project including plan review excavation concrete footings masonry demo rough and finish carpentry doors windows insulation drywall flooring cabinetry hardware punch out. This includes the ability to operate with multiple subcontractors and crew members in a complex environment Keenly sensitive to the highest standards of customer experience and ability to take charge of producing customers for life Computer knowledge Spanish familiarity preferred Transportation truck and tools required Travel within near most beltway areas of Maryland DC Virginia Compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
