She arrived at our shelter on 8 6 16 coming in as a stray from Animal Control. She gives very gentle kisses and gets all wiggly and cuddly when she is happy and she IS HAPPY a lot. She has a beautiful little body with a big chest and tiny waste and butt and her face is very cute and expressive. When she gets a clever idea inside her head you can see it in her eyes Mae is a very playful girl and probably very good at figuring out the rules of various games. She seems like a true Olympian at heart. Mae tested positive for Heartworm and needs to be in foster care kept calm and leash walked only during her 2 month treatment. (Almost Home will pay for that treatment of course.) Mae is VERY CLEAN in her room an indication she d probably be easy to house train. She absolutely LOVES people and she seems to want to get to know (in a positive way) the other dogs at our shelter too.
