Henry is a very handsome beagle. He was 9 when he came here in the summer of 2014. He was a very good boy at home but his mom s health required her to move into assisted living. He has had basic training and is leashtrained and housetrained. He has the cutest wiggle when he wants a walk and he has a nice big happy smile when he sees one of his friends human or dog. He loves his exercise time. Older kids recommended. He might get snappy if someone handled him too roughly. He s a little sensitive in his old age and needs gentle handling. Unknown if he would be good with another dog in the home. He s good with most other dogs in the exercise yard and is great pals with beagle lab mix Max B. All our dogs are spayed neutered micorchipped and fully vaccinated before adoption they have been wormed bathed socialized walked daily and much loved each adoptee leaves with a new leash collar a coupon booklet from PetSmart and or Petco and all medical records. The beauty of coming to our Apple Valley sanctuary is that you can see all 90 dogs Loads of fun. We can take about 10 dogs to the mobile events - check out our website for special events.
