I am special little Kiki I am about 5 years old and 11 pounds. I am new to rescue and learning so much about life in a home. I am still warming up to humans and learning that they are kind. My foster mom describes me as beautiful and sweet. Even though I am very shy right now I am curious and love observing everything around me. My foster sister taught me how to use puppy pads inside and I use them a lot. I haven t quite gotten used to going to the bathroom outside yet but I know I will get it with practice especially once I am used to the people around me Everyone is always watching me it s so strange I have never had this much attention before. I don t want to screw anything up When I am alone my personality really comes out. My favorite thing is to play with my foster sister while the parents are out of the room. I like to chase after her and pounce on her She loves it too I am awesome with other dogs and due to my shyness I need another small dog in the home. I promise to be a good fur sister I like to spend time in my crate and my dog bed so I can watch the current happenings in the house. I am pretty independent right now as I try to soak it all in. I like gentle humans and older kids. I am a quiet girl with a lot of love to give to the world. A patient family who will love me and help me become the dog I am meant to be would be beyond perfect. FOSTER CARE All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training crate-training and socialization prior to adoption. Each animal s behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves.
