I was rescued from a high kill shelter in Cali by Underdog Railroad Rescue (URR). I am so ready to come to Portland. Before I can get there though I need a Foster or Foster to Adopt home to land in. Could you be the one to help a young guy out I am a sweet Maltese mix boy around 10 lbs. and 1 yr. old. I was very neglected before being rescued and have suffered through a bad (non-contagious) skin condition. I have received medicated baths to help me heal. Now all I need is a loving home in the Portland Metro area to help me continue along the road to recovery. It is going to take me some time to fully heal but given time will be able to blossom into the beautiful and amazing dog I know I can become. Every Underdog has been spayed or neutered micro-chipped flea tick treated de-wormed and received rabies bordetella and distemper parvo vaccines. All dogs have had a recent visit to the vet as well. Adoption fee is 380 We offer a 10% discount for seniors veterans and students. All of our dogs are in foster homes.
