Responsible for recruiting screening hiring supervising assisting in the training of team members and managing personnel in the assigned accounts. All applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish anf have hotel experience to be considered for the position. Salary includes Phone Laptop & Scanner Fax Printer Gas allowance REQUIRED Fluent English and Spanish Ability to write read and to translate written and oral communications Hospitality Hotel background minimum of one year inside the hotel management or supervisory position preferred. Computer skills M.word M.excel outlook etc. basic skills Position Requirements FLUENT IN SPANISH REQUIRED -if you are not fluent in written and spoken Spanish your submission will not be considered Hotel Experience - minimum one year inside the hotel management or supervisory position preferred. - Staffing Needs are covered - Attend pre-shifts meetings and assist in translations at least once per week in each property -Be available by cell phone to team members and hotel managers -Fill all the requesting position from our clients ASAP - Every new employee must receive an orientation course -Supervisors must attend the first training class (Housekeeping specially). - Visit the Hotels in a weekly basis - Clearly know where the potential employees live work meet - Complete daily activity reports and note all pertinent issues or conversations - Accountability Sheets are kept updated Please send your full work history and references.
