Blossom is an precious big white Abyssinian female guineapig who is looking for a companion (we will not adopt her out alone). Her owner surrendered her to the Rescue because the family was moving across the country during the heat wave and they were concerned the 10-day drive would be too stressful for Blossom. Blossom was adopted from a local animal rescue shelter as a baby and was in a loving home where she was doted on. She also saw the veterinarian for annual physicals. She is friendly and curious and loves human companionship. Blossom has an excellent appetite for her Oxbow Cavy Performance pellets and Timothy hay and she enjoys a variety of fresh vegetables. Blossom and her new friend will need to live in a Cubes and Coroplast cage of at least two cubes by four cubes and be in a family part of the house so everyone can enjoy their company. We also ask that anyone adopting her lives a reasonable driving distance from Mt. Airy MD....
