Demi was found with an older dog as strays and were taken in the county dog shelter. It s apparent that her and her older friend were both severely neglected and probably abused. Due to their breed and the severe over crowding at the shelter they were held for the required 72 hours and then placed on the euthanasia list. Sadly her friend did nothing t make it out. Sadie was taken to a foster home where she lives with 2 male dogs. A husky and a another Rottie. It did take a couple of days before she was friendly to them but one day she jumped a gate that was separating them and has been friends with them ever since. Demi is like s child who is starving for attention. She loves to cuddle and be by your side at all times. She would follow you from Room to room or wherever you go and keep an eye on you at all times. She wasn t a human affection very badly. Likely it s because she has never had it before. It s a whole new experience for her and she is digging it She is very thin and eats every meal like it will be her last but she does not show any aggression over her food.
