Hi there My name is Bessie and I am part adventure dog but ALL love bug I love to go on walks and hikes and explore nature. My foster mom recently found out that I liked to swim as well when she took me dock diving. I love to play ball and I had a blast at the lure course that was set up at a picnic. Even though I love my adventures I love people all that much more. I am a leaner meaning that if you come up to give me love I will lean into you to get as much love as you will give. I also think I am a lap puppy so when you sit down I want to cuddle with you and show you that you are my whole world. I love kids and recently attended a seminar about not judging anyone by their looks at a pre-school with lots of kids that poured attention on me and I just loved it. My foster mom calls me the Pocket Pittie Ambassador as I am short and squatty and most people feel very comfortable approaching me and that is when my foster mom can tell people that pitties are very loving by nature and just want to please their humans. I am being fostered in a household with a girl and 4 dogs ranging from 7 pounds to 65 pounds and I get along with all of them. However I should not go to a home with cats because they are just way too fun to chase around I should go to a home that will appreciate my devotion to my human. I will give you my all and deserve a human that will love me back unconditionally as well.Bessie is a female Pit Bull Terrier mix born January 2014 and weighs 45 pounds.
