He s a very smart guy who s responsive to training easy on a leash and great at sitting before walking through doors. Comet takes treats gently enjoys being rubbed all over and would do well in a home with kids. He can be picky about other dogs though and would do best as only pet. Prospective adopters must agree to a home visit have secure fencing and allow their dog to sleep inside at night. Those coming from out of town may submit a vet reference in place of a home visit. All renters need landlord approval. If you already have a dog or two they must be spayed neutered and brought to the shelter for a meet and greet. Homes that already have than two dogs or any unaltered dogs will not be considered. Exceptions to these rules may be made in special circumstances.
