Home for small dog needed

I am looking for a good home for a small dog neutered 15 lb. black and white Shih tzu poodle chihuahua mix. I will update her shots and get her groomed. I moved and can not take her with me she is about 16 years old and I have had her since she was a pup. Best with children over ten years old would be nice for older couple as a companion.
