Hello I am a single mom with a 7 year old daughter (she goes to her dad s house every other weekend and Wednesday nights) and 2 little dogs looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse so I can catch up on my finances. I am reluctant to do so but I am hopeful to meet a great friend in the process. I am 30 and I am looking for someone around my age. We are goofy happy people like to have fun and make the best out of life. I prefer a non-smoker but an occasional every once in a blue moon outdoor smoker is ok. I don t want someone who is a constant smoker though because it starts to leave a lingering smell..sorry. ( I prefer a female but I may make an exception for the right male roommate too. Tell me about yourself if you are interested in becoming roommates. I am targeting the move-in date to November 1st but I can adjust it a bit if need be. I am figuring on having my roommate stay in the master bedroom with their own private bath (bathtub shower) and large closet with above the closet loft storage so then I would be on the other side of the house with my daughter which would make it easier. Rent I am asking for 650 month which includes Rent HOA Electric Water Sewer and Basic Cable. If we both want extras later like internet or DVR we could split them. Move in 150 for a deposit just in case anything crazy would happen (I m not too picky) and the first months rent of 650. So 800 would move you in. Hope to hear from you Thanks Julie )
