Immediate opening for a General Maintenance - Exterior Residential Building Painting person. Work in a beautiful HOA community near the harbor of Dana Point. The right person will work along with other team members helping to maintain the exteriors of the Association s buildings. Exterior painting of wood metal some wood repairs along with other light maintenance tasks as needed. Experience in exterior building maintenance preferred some experience and or knowledge of minor electrical plumbing woodwork and tile would be helpful. Must be able to work as a team member as well as independently following directions and completing tasks in a timely manner. This position involves ladder work and safety is very important. Hours are M-F 8 00 AM - 4 00 PM with paid lunch holidays and vacation.
