My name is Tim and I have lived in Chatham most of my life until I left for school. I recently moved back to recover from an illness and thankfully I have recovered and I am blessed that I am able to get back to what I love doing while I seek full time employment. It s been a great way for me to get in shape and I am very passionate about what I do and I take pride in making sure customers get the best service possible. My Services include Power Pressure Washing - this is mainly for concrete brick pavers statues....you name it. First I use a powerful biodegradable chemical (don t worry it ll be rinsed away and your pets will be safe) that will actually do most of the work and then I use a surface cleaner attachment with my pressure washer that will clean the surface without causing rings and other permanent damage that you ve probably seen before. Housewashing - Depending on what your house is made of will determine the method of cleaning. For example if you have vinyl siding I would do what is called a soft wash where the chemical is applied and low pressure is used to ensure that your siding isn t damaged. If you have a brick house I will use a chemical but a higher pressure nozzle will be used because brick and stucco isn t as fragile. When I clean a house I clean from the roof line to the bottom of the foundation as well as the front steps (decks patios walkways etc will cost extra) Wood Restoration - Again I ve seen first hand what can happen when high pressure is used to clean wood. At first you might think you re getting the wood clean but when it drys you might notice weird marks and patterns from inconsistent wand waving or fuzzy wood. Once wood is damaged it s extremely hard to fix and in some cases it can t be stained or sealed because of the damage. Much like concrete cleaning I use a safe biodegradable chemical that does most of the work. Then I use a deck brush and scrub and follow up with a low pressure cleaning device that will not damage wood and rinse away the algae mold dirt etc. Gutter Face Cleaning - Face it we ve all noticed the black stripes on gutters and let me tell you it can make even a clean house look bad. Cleaning gutter facings requires a powerful degreaser but the problem is that if it isn t done correctly you will definitely get rid of the black stripes but you ll also strip the gutters down to the aluminum. Knowing how to properly mix the chemical and work small sections at a time with a soft bristle brush and hose to rinse the chemical off will ensure that doesn t happen. Dryer Vent Cleaning Vent Replacement - is it taking more than one cycle to dry your clothes If you turn a dryer on and it hasn t began heating up within 30-45 seconds then chances are the ventilation is clogged with lint. A lot of people don t realize that most of the time the issue isn t the actual dryer it s the ventilation. One way to tell is to turn the dryer on and go outside and place your hand near the vent cap. If you can t feel any hot air coming out you have a problem. House fires happen everyday because of clogged dryer vents. The process of cleaning is very simple and affordable. So before you recycle your dryer call me and I will provide an inspection free of charge. With that being said. A lot of older houses still have flex pipe installed under the house and this has since been deemed against code for builders. Now a solid metal pipe is used and it stays clean for a longer time and in addition to the installation of hard pipe I will also make sure your exterior cap is in good shape. If your exterior cap is missing flaps then animals can make their way in there and in some cases birds can build a nest in there (I ve seen it).
