Our Order Management Associate is responsible for verifying filtering batching and printing orders in an accurate and efficient manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include but not limited to the following Contribute to overall team effort to accomplish assigned tasks projects and goals. Order Processing. Verify readiness of orders to ship including address validation appropriate carrier product information and any internal notes. Assigned order processing batching tasks are consistently completed in their entirety (no leaving any orders behind). Batch orders as directed and according to the day s fulfillment plan. Generate shipping manifest and pick lists as needed. Print shipping labels and packing slips accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all batches are marked as printed daily in Ship Station. Communicate any additional or special order information to fulfillment team. Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the shipping platform. Appropriately label shipments including DOT stickers and any additional paperwork. Ensure shipping manifests for fulfilled orders are signed and turned into shipping office daily. Contribute to overall team effort to accomplish assigned tasks projects and goals. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and or ability required.SKILLSGood communications skills.Demonstrates effective communication skills both verbal and written.Demonstrates the ability to work independently.Well organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.Strong analytical skills.Must have very strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to communicate read and write in English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
