we are looking for Supervisor (Male) at Bandra (BKC).Responsibilities and DutiesHandling day to day operations at the guest house for which he needs to have a basic hotel management diploma degree to understand his work scope better .v He also needs to be well versed with computer to send regular updates to office.v Maintaining petty cash and updating the same daily in the petty cash ledger with supporting bill copies and requesting for additional imprest amount for further use from office .v Timely bill collections and payments to be done before deadlines.v Weekly stock check of grocery and HK items and ordering for more as and when required .v Coordinating with building maintenance team for daily maintenance snags.v Communicating with guests and providing required information to make their stay comfortable. Also Looking into all their in household needs .v Maintaining proper registers related to site . Highlighting all imp points major expenses incidents etc to the office on time.v Proper coordination with client ref guest meals and other F and B services .
