Responsibilities Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants Extensively working on different job portals. Expertise in screening & evaluating the candidates as per the US clients standards. Submitting H1B GC US Citizen OPT and CPT consultants with Tier1 vendors Direct Clients. Sourcing the right requirements and submitting the consultant profiles on various job portals & networks. Rate negotiation following upon interview schedules & onboarding the consultant. Supervisory experience in End to End bench marketing process is preferred. Build network across the IT industry using professional networking sites such as LinkedIn. Understanding Tier1 vendors Implementing Direct Clients job requirements and submitting the suitable profiles from our bench consultants. Must Have Should possess awareness and excellent presentation verbal communication & organizational skills.
