Private driveway leads to nice South facing deck. Double sliding doors into the cottage. Fully furnished and well stocked with dishes pots and pans. Open concept. New white kitchen and china cabinet. Full size fridge no stove but a small convection oven and two induction cooktops with green pans. Microwave and BBQ with propane propane included. Private yard with fire pit plenty of firewood to burn included. Veranda with screen opening window. Two separate bedrooms with two newer queen size beds. Second bedroom is off the veranda with two opening windows. Another large deck out toward the lake area with 50 ft trailer that sleeps another 2 people. There is a private path that takes you to the water front. Private new dock (spring 2018) attached to a houseboat on the lake for your use. Can sleep another 2 people. Use of two kayaks available. Price quoted does not included linens bedding or cleaning. Price of 1000.00 for one week in based on 4 people. One pet is allowed at an extra charge of 200.00.
