Ever fancied playing baseball but weren t aware there s a team in your area We are the County Durham Spartans based at Shildon County Durham and we ve been around since 2011. We won the Northern Baseball League in 2015 and 2018 and now we need new players.So if you ve ever wanted to give it a go come down to one of our training sessions on Sunday mornings on the Home Field at Shildon Sunnydale Leisure Centre from 10.00 - 12.00.Baseball is suitable for both male and female players and all abilities (don t worry we ll teach you the rules) from 16 upwards.See our Social Media pages .
