BITS Employment is inviting applications from candidates for the position of Guest Relation Executive for a famous star hotel in Coimbatore and Chennai. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relation Executive to manage the relationships between the hotel and the customers.Job Description As a Guest Relation Executive(GRE) you will be the key person in front office team and to be a bridge between the Guest and the hotel. You will be the key person in front office so proper greeting to the customers and wishing upon their arrival. Providing the best experience to the clients during their visit and stay. Working on front office activities. Responding customer s emails and queries. Work on check-in list and maintain database. Comply with restaurant security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation. Building rapport with the clients and promote our organization to them. Proper greetings to the client during check-in. Giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout. Checking the hotel staffs availability and making them ready for client service. Managing and handling guest complaints. Handling activities of dining room personnel. Helping in delivering quick and quality service to patrons. Arranging team to make sort out guest complaints. Taking client bookings and orders for tables. Managing tables before client arrivals. Getting the feedback from the client and making sure they are noted and cleared. Planning for special service for VIP guest and for other events like corporate birthday party and etc Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls greeting and attending to customers. Ensure neatness and cleanliness in tables kitchen and serving places. Ensures that restaurant brand standards are consistently implemented. Required Candidate profileStrong communication skills Should have pleasing personality. Commitment to delivering top quality customer service Excellent interpersonal skills and dynamic in handling staff Ability to establish good contact with customers. Strong in guest service skill.
