This is a part-time independent contractor position for a startup gym in Hutto TX. We are looking for someone who is a fitness enthusiast compassionate and flexible. If you want a contract-to-hire opportunity to help scale and grow a new gym this is the right opportunity. The assistant sales rep will be provided pre-qualified leads coming from social media email text marketing and SEO platforms The sales rep will be required to execute a sales quota of 5-10 signed members per week or 20 - 25 new members per month The sales rep will have access to the CRM tool to connect manage and update records accounts of the leads Corporate sales meetings and other tasks related to the sales process such as administrative and document control Eligible for a bonus when he or she meets or exceeds the weekly or monthly goal Bonuses and commissions available on the sale of specific membership packages Initial work hours will be up to 20 hours per week increasing them as additional leads begin to increasingly generate Weekly up to 1hour (billable) meeting with the owner to discuss discoveries bottlenecks needed improvements achievements etc. Onboard new members to gym management software and use of new member internal process (send new member welcome letter etc.) Customer relations and issue troubleshooting resolution surveys (daily) Facility maintenance equipment accountability and repair orders (daily PRN) Inventory management and reporting (weekly) Vendor relations-Order new retail products (t-shirts drinks etc.) develop promotions for new retail items with members and or public (weekly) Membership satisfaction-run payment reports send satisfaction surveys and respond (weekly monthly-surveys) Respond to Google and Yelp reviews (PRN) Represent MVP at public events or official business (PRN)
