Banjo Lessons

Hello everyone. I ve been picking the 5 string banjo for over 25 years and have a Bachelor of Music Composition degree. I teach all ages and any skill level. Most teachers unknowingly focus on memorization instead of teaching you to understand what you are truly playing. With me you won t open a book of banjo tunes and just work on memorizing them. This doesn t teach you how to master your banjo. I will teach you all the songs you want to learn but not someone else s rendition of them. You will make them your own. I teach how to master your banjo by knowing and understanding your fretboard inside and out. I teach full time out of Knoxville TN 7 days a week. I don t require any commitment.
