Would you please help me feed the Children in need. Hello there I was wanting to know if you would be willing to help me by helping me fund a feeding center in Guatemala. I am including a donation form and a little info on what I am doing for the people in a village down in Guatemala. Thank you so much for your time. I visited three group homes for children and a children s feeding center. I got to meet a lot of children and youth and saw just a glimpse of the extreme poverty these children are faced with. Guatemala has tremendous needs due to its poor economic and social conditions. Many families cannot afford to live so they send their children to live in group homes or with family members that can care for them better. Later in 2019 I will have the privilege of returning and participating with another missionary and a team of Guatemalan Pastors in Escuintla Guatemala. I am going to partner with The Feeding Center and Hope 4 Kids International and help them in their ministries of reaching out to the children in their communities. I am very excited about this opportunity that will allow me to work with the Guatemalans while building relationships with the people in the village. As much as I am looking forward to serving the Guatemalans I know this trip will deeply impact me personally and I look forward to the growth I will experience. I believe God has been calling me to serve the Guatemalans on more of a full-time basis and am preparing for that to become a reality. Realizing that a trip of this type does not happen without the involvement of many people I am asking you to consider how you might support me as I pursue what I feel God is leading me to do. To provide a basic need for Children to grow and learn properly. To enhance the quality of life by providing a free well-balanced nutritional meal to children. Help the low-income families in the village provide meals for their children so they can use their money for other important needs of the family. Help fight hunger as hunger is in the top 10 health risk. Healthy meals can help the building of the body s immune system and help fight off diseases. Free meals will bring them in so they can be taught bible lessons and do different activities that would teach them right from wrong. Providing a safe place that kids can get together and hang out. Let the Parents Guardians that want to help learn how to prepare cheap and healthy meals that they can make and serve to their families. Build relationships with the children and teach them about the bible the parents will see a difference in them and that might be an open door to leading the parents to Christ. By Providing A Good Healthy Meal And A Biblical Bible Lesson My Hope Would Be That The Children Would Grow Up To Become Christian Parents Christian Church Leaders Christian Government Leaders. Part Two Of My Vision As We Grow I Would Like To Provide A Safe Place (State Run Group Home) That A Child Could Stay And Not Be On The Streets Or In The Gangs. If The Courts Would Place Them In My Temporary Care Until The Family Could Take Them Back Or If They Could Find A Relative That Would Be Able And Willing To Take And Care For The Child. It Would Be An Alternative Place To Stay As Compared To A State Run Orphanage.
