South Slave Propane - Taylor & CompanyLocation Hay River NT Bulk Propane Delivery DriverPosition requires a valid Class 3 Driver s or Class A License with air brakes endorsement. Minimum 1 plus year s experience with propane delivery filling or distribution required. Deliver bulk propane to residential commercial industrial clients is preferred. Driver will need to be trained and certified in Propane Pump Attendant Bulk Truck Propane Delivery Cylinder Inspection & Requalification Inspection of Propane Tanks & PRV s Cargo Loading & Securement Propane Tanks Cylinders & Equipment and TDG. Relocation Package Medical & Dental offered. Responsibilities Include Must be capable of conducting tank set & hook-ups Load secure transport deliver and unload propane to customers in Hay River and remote communities in a safe timely and professional manner ensuring that the truck is operated in a safe manner. Assisting with site inspections of the South Slave Propane Yard while Helping maintain the South Slave Propane Yard. Inspects vehicle and notifies manager of needed equipment supplies or routine maintenance. Proactively identify and report safety concerns and violations at the branch or customer sites. Conduct Visual tank inspections requalifying propane cylinders & record and notify dispatch of issues. Completing and documenting vehicle inspections driving logs etc. Maintain logs with each shipment completing propane sales reports. Accepting payment from new or existing propane customers & adhere to company policy regarding customer payment and delivery procedures. Must be able to work independently & follow safe work practice. Previous experience operating commercial vehicle preferably a propane bobtail or other petroleum delivery vehicle & picker truck. Commercial driver s license (CDL) with a Hazmat and Tank endorsement. Clean Motor Vehicle History required. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include after hour deliveries. Experience in the Propane industry not necessary but preferred. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. LP3S license a plus Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions. Experience Looking for person with minimum 1 years of experience. Good communication skills. Problem solving skills. Work within a dynamic team-based atmosphere. Valid Class 3 Driver s or Class A License with air brakes endorsement. Certified gas fitter will be given priority consideration. Starting wage 30 per hour depending on Experience & Qualifications.
