I need to find a good relibul roomate I would like to Rent not RENT OUT....about me....i dont smoke or drink...an am introverted and like to be by myself...i prefur it infact.....i get my own stuff and clean up after myself and am willing to help when it comes to house chores once a week....i am a private person...and respect ppls privacy and things...hope you do the same...btw look up introverted cause to me its self explaining and i m tired of telling what it is....so if you need to ask..then you didnt read what i said and you will be blockedi dont beleave in throwing tantrums or invading your private space and am not nosey...hope you are the samean older female roomate with no baggage is prefurred...i am over 59 want someone close or above that age i am a W F and live in MT hopping to find someone before the snow flyshopefully the ultilies are included and room is furnished cause i cant afford alot...am doing good i think to pay my rent on time...am on social cause i am retired...so your rent is in the bag.i would be willing to consider a male...but know this...i do not want a friend with benifits..and dont want a BF or a husband...have had a very bad experance...so just need a good roomate...and they are hard to find anymore.... and need it for long term...not month to month...my last house i was in 17 yrs till it was sold cause the owner diedplease do not have any health issues or mental issues...i am not a caregiver and not a baby sitter for an adult..I do not read minds...so if i have to keep asking you what all is included...then i will be done asking and just done with you too....i dont have patience for stupid ppl...or ppl that think i need to change just to suit them....i will be the one paying you rent...so its kinda your job....oh btw my last roomate is serving time in the Alamosa jail for his abuse ect of me so dont want anything but roomate have had quite enough DramaI would prefur a house not a trailer...it wont be considered...and there must be alot of trees in your area....pets and nature are a plus....and no i dont have any petsIf you expect a big deposit...infact any deposit and it will be rejected contact me at dalia.ice26(at)yahoo.com for a replyTHIS IS TO RENT> > > > I AM NOT OFFERING A ROOM..READ THE ADD OR I DONT RESPOND...if you cant say more than 2 SENTANCES then you should move on and pictures of the house with you will be required once you have my email cause i need to know its ligit if this add is still up its because i am still searching...the pic is an advatar btw
