1955 Chevrolet Corvette

Lovingly restored driven and enjoyed by a former NCRS Judge and his family this gorgeous Pennant Blue Corvette with a Dark Beige interior was restored approximately 14 years ago and is a marvelous running example that has some cosmetic issues but is a very solid car.It is powered by the 265ci 195hp V8 with a 2-speed Powerglide transmission. Of the 700 Corvette s produced in 1955 693 had the V8 engine and the remaining 7 were powered by the Blue Flame 6-cylinder. The manual transmission was the standard available transmission but the 2-speed Powerglide was a required option until the middle of the production year.
