Design and architecture review. Needs to be conversant with design tools like Enterprise Architect Visio etc. Should have hands on experience in making software architecture diagrams swim lanes use case diagrams. Technology consulting enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks Defining new architectures and driving an independent project from an architectural standpoint. Experience in systems analysis including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions. Must have understanding of Dynamics CRM configurations especially in Customer Engagement Field Services modules as well as collaboration & integration with external systems. 4 years of experience in Development experience JavaScript Plug-in development Actions Custom workflow assembly development Custom page integration (embedding custom ASP.NET pages into CRM and using JavaScript to integrate with CRM forms) SQL Server (Writing and understanding complex SQL queries) SSIS (Experience in SSIS Package Development) WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) development - writing services and clients Azure Application Insight Mobile applications SQL Azure Azure App Fabric. 3. Integration Skills with external systems SharePoint. Email router and Outlook server side synchronization knowledge is required. Must have good understand of service scheduling scenarios service scheduling process flow understanding of MS SQL server SQL scripts is preferred. Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services. Project Management Agile methodologies frameworks environment with source code control systems. Experience working with defect or incident tracking. Consulting with external clients on complex projects including in leadership roles. Work with global teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects Understand of market and technology trends. Understand tech. trends like new features in the upcoming Dynamics release that will shape the customer CRM experience like interaction with social media Integration with device B2B sales process etc. Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan. Technology Solution Architect duties Provide technical direction thought leadership and mentoring to project involving in architectural design upgrade of dynamics applications and implementation of software development life cycles (SDLC) Define technology solutions for MS CRM domain to solve business IT problem. Gather client requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals. Write and review high level and detailed architecture documentation Create Solution Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project Design develop review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Stay current on Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and related technologies particularly Azure stack technologies that support the solution Mentor junior staff sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectiveness Be flexible with time and capable of working in a process-oriented environment Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes user interface and architecture Work with the training team to deliver and create super users and end users training as needed Be comfortable participating and leading pre-sales engagements Work effectively with the sales team on delivering tender response documents estimates and customer demonstration
