I am 48 and my wife is 29. We have no children and no pets. I am on disability but am able to walk and do not require any medical needs. My wife has a business on the internet. We are very clean and would be willing to help out with cleaning the house cooking and other chores. We both love animals and would not mind if you have pets. We have experience with taking care of various types of farm animals. We do not party do any drugs or excessively drink. We are looking for a bedroom with a private bathroom for 600 or less a month that includes all utilities. We are fairly quiet and always pay the rent on time.
