Position DescriptionSUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for gathering the device history records of the product which will accompany the parts going to the customer. (Material Certs Vendor Data Certificate of Conformance etc.) This individual will also provide support to our shipping department by making shipping and sells transactions when necessary.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Documentation Supply the customer with documentation (Customer Facing Packet) pertinent to the product which is being shipped. o Collect inspection data and review for completion and accuracy. o Gather material certs and verify in the ERP system o Verify sales signal o Certificate of Conformance review. o Finish the Customer Facing Packet. Communication Work closely with other departments where Product Release is considered their internal customer. o Communicate with Customer Service Reps when there are questions regarding customer needs (overages shortages etc.) o Speak to the Quality Engineering department when there are inquiries concerning first articles control plans etc. o Maintain good working relationships with all departments.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate s degree in a business technical or related area (preferred) or Two (2) years direct experience in a quality documentation function or equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to work in a fast-paced quality oriented environment. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined for the position.OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must submit to and pass background and substance abuse tests.
