Female Border Collie Blue Healer Dog

Piper is about a year and 4 months old. She is a mix between a blue healer and border collie. She is a very good natured dog eager to please and smart. She loves to play with other dogs and loves to play Frisbee everyday. She does well in a boat car back of a truck in the tractor cab chasing the 4-wheeler or dirt bike and alongside a bicycle. She travels well and goes everywhere in the car with me and flew to Alaska for work with me. She is a great running and hiking partnerI have raised her around a large variety of people but she is a little timid around young kids. She is getting better. She does extremely well in pet friendly stores and appointment settings. She is never on a leash and will stay in heal even if there are rabbits gophers or cats to chase. Ok releases her and she knows she can roam and do what she wants... including chasing gophers and birds. She has a very good understanding of NO and will stop what she is doing immediately when told no. She knows stay shake roll over fetch heal always comes when called and will sit immediately where she is when told to sit. She has not been around cattle very much and is a bit timid.For the last year I have trained her to be a polite dog no barking no begging no jumping etc. She knows what rooms she can go in in the house and has never gone into the kitchen or bedrooms. She sleeps in her kennel every night. She has never been on furniture. She is brushed everyday and does well with rough brushing to get her excess hair off. She eats only after people eat and never from a hand only in her dog dish. She loves any and all attention. She loves people.I am self employed and have always taken her everywhere and never left her alone. I left her with my roommate for 2 days in January and she suffered sever separation anxiety. I have been working with her ever sense to be better by herself. Despite my continued efforts she still does not do well by herself. I do not know how to teach her to be calm when people are not around. I am looking for a farm or ranch home for her with a family. She has been an outside dog since March and does very well outside. Inside she gets bored and eats things she shouldn t such as the coffee table trim and walls. If she is alone outside she has been chewing on the house deck sprinklers and edging around the yard. She really needs to be in a home where she is with a person or people all day everyday. She would do very well with another dog friend to keep her busy when her people are not around.
