After completion one can work in-Hospital HR With your medical background you d be specialised in human resource management for primarily medical staff. With good exposure and work the ladder is quite encouraging. Hospital marketing and sales You d be involved in marketing sales and promotions of the hospital services. You d be closely working with doctors and other healthcare workers to design and implement marketing strategies. Hospital Operations You would be involved in managing operations and also day to day running of hospital.
