Since July 3rd 2019 I have been experiencing dropped calls and or no phone service for making calls this is been happening from Los angeles to San Diego etc. I called Boost Mobile customer support several times at different dates and still they say their cell phone tower(s) are down (not operating). According to Boost Mobile text messaging works. Occasionally I can receive and make calls mostly it is uncertain and I cannot take a risk of losing a customer to miscommunication(s) from a dropped call so text messaging works for primary communications.
