Vintageveteran classic English1929 AJS 350Single

This is a 350cc side valve single cylinder.The frame motor and gearbox are all model M which means 1929. Three speed with tank side shift.Needs a magneto and it s chain and the cable that will adjust the mag.Other than that it is complete.The cylinder was resleeved to original and new conrod bearings and rings.All sprockets have been renewed and other parts manufactured or replaced but it s mostly original.At some point in the 60 s it was kind of restored but never got done and has sat these last 50years.I believe the motor needs to come apart again because the thrust washers on each side of the crank they are 2 different thicknesses were probably reversed there is just a slight brush when the motor is turned over at one point.I m not a mechanic so maybe thats o.k. I don t know.The rear wheel bearing is also seems loose just putting it all out there.
